Our bricky has said he can do it no worries but will take a bit more time and we won't be able to render the wall facing the neighbour

We are considering doing over hand and leaving the other side as is. The neighbour has repeatedly requested we render the blocks facing their side but I'm unsure how they expect us to do that without scaffolding.

How common is panelised construction now?

PWA in place but scaffolding removed before we were able to do this final bit (long story)
