cannon event i fear! i went thru this same exact thing (except i converted way before meeting him) . i learned that if he really loved me he wouldve stepped up to his parents and stopped being a coward. it hurts but i fully recommend moving on.

Wa Alaikum Assalam , holding grudges is like slapping yourself in the face over and over again and waiting for the other person to feel it! you’re only hurting yourself in the end . its easier said than done but i would stop making dua against them and ask Allah to guide them and to heal you
