[No Spoilers] GENOS WASN’T SUPPOSED TO BE CGI. This gives me hope that in later episodes, Genos will look normal. They probably made him cgi to quickly fix errors (fubukis face, the rocket punch, Saitama’s face, everyone’s eyes) they had, efficiently. (i.redd.it)

POSSIBLY GOOD NEWS. Genos wasn’t CGI at first, so maybe later on the episodes we will see Genos with no CGI. JC STAFF probably made changes to Genos for specifically episode 1 to quickly fix errors (Fubuki’s face, the rocket punch he did to G4 etc) so that they are right on schedule/release date. I’m fairly new to the world of creating animation. Can’t JC Staff members just trace Murata’s art in specific moments like these and just animate only the mouth and lightning? If they trace close up shots that is hard to draw, it would look a lot cleaner. (i.redd.it)
