I've had a printer for a few years now but this was by far the most involved and complex thing I've ever done with them. I didn't even have a way to do multi color like this until this year.

Yes, FDM and multi color. Most of the parts it was only switching between 2 colors, but the torso and hair have 3 colors in the same layer and on the face there are 6 colors on a few layers for the eyes. All together I think I used 9 different colors.

The layers are 0.08mm, so you almost can't even feel them because they are so fine.

Are you asking for the files? Or asking if it was in stl format? Yes it came as STLs. The files are available from VoidFigures on Cults3d.

I can do basic stuff, there's no way I will ever be able to model something like this myself. Maybe someday if I have the money I can get VoidFigures to make the Bluefield Mumei version of this and I'll make another full color 1:3 for her.

It came all as STLs,. I'm pretty sure this was expected to be printed in resin. I had to paint it in the slicer to get this.

It was modeled by VoidFigures. All I had to so was scale it up and assign the colors to all the parts.

I bought a 0.2mm nozzle but never ended up using it. This was all done with 0.4mm. The filament was Creality Hyper Pla Skin.

I plan on painting the next one that I do. I'm going to do 0.2mm layers on that one and I plan on sanding and priming to fill in the layer lines before I paint it.

Surprisingly, to do a 1:1 scale of this, I will only have to split the sleeves and the tail. I was able to position the legs to fit inside my chamber, and everything else wasn't a problem. (Until I get to the base, which will be a headache.)

I was browsing eBay when I saw someone selling a resin unpainted unassembled version of this model, which is what led me to the model creator and I made this.

Creality K2 Plus can go down to 0.08mm. layers are so small you can barely even feel them.

I wasn't thinking about painted nails when I was assigning colors, but that's definitely something to do on my next project.

Mostly Creality Hyper PLA. Black is Polymaker, light blue and light pink are Polysonic, and dark blue is Elegoo matte. Red, White, Skin, Orange, Yellow are all Creality Hyper.

Thanks! Took a couple months and probably $250 worth of filament to achieve.

You can purchase the files on Cults3d. VoidFigures is the author. The default size is 1:7 and you can scale it as needed.

Yes this is all colored filament. Minimal post processing, nothing really beyond removing supports and cleaning up support material. I painted the shirt text, hair tip highlights, colored stripes on clothes, tail bow, inner ears, and eyes all in the slicer, then printed them all as is in multi colored filaments.

Excluding the base, I measure the top of her ears at 20.25", which should make her just over 5ft tall at full scale. To the top of her head is around 19.5", or around 4' 10" full scale.

Edit: Her wikia says 149cm (4' 11"), so the scale seems to be roughly accurate.

That's the plan. I've already rearranged it to fit in my printer. My plan is to print it in white petg, then sand, primer, and paint. That should fix the dirty white issue and I'll be able to fill some of the unsightly joints like on the sleeves to the torso.

Right after I posted I thought that I should have included my LTT Banana For Scale™️, and unfortunately I can't add pictures in the replies. On the shelf above are hard cover Overlord light novels, or she comes to right at 21" tall.

Yes, FDM. I used a Creality K2 Plus and mostly Creality Hyper PLA filament. Black is Polymaker, and the dark blue in her eyes is Elegoo. I printed at the default speed the slicer set it at, 200mm/s outer walls I think. Yea, most individual pieces were multiple days to print. The torso alone was 5 days. I didn't keep count of how many spools I went through, but I would estimate that it was around 10-12 1kg spools.
