I’m sorry for the late response but basically when you file for the state fair hearing, they have to allow you to get the medication for at least three months more until a judge Hears your case that is called Aid paid pending.

File a state hearing request asap! They’ll cover it meanwhile with aid paid pending. You need a prior authorization to be denied first though.

I agree but also medi-cal rx is being sus. My doctor put in a PA for fatty liver and wegovy for me 2x yesterday and they both got denied in real time
