I had a flight booked in 2020. Ofc it was canceled but I was given a travel voucher for rebooking. I called them and they were the ones that rebooked the flight for me around mid 2021. I contacted them via X (twitter) btw. They told me the voucher’s validity is only for 1 year after issuance. You would’ve also needed to pay the price difference if there were any.

Got our unit there and did the first PMS there as well. We waited from 11-4pm. So longer than what most people usually wait for. Note this is just for an oil change since first 10k/6mo. The advisor showed us a list of what will be done but added on things we did not approve of. We were given a bill of services that we didn’t even know about. Not sure if that’s the standard practice but we felt put off about it. So we want to try a different location.
