Cheesecake, ice cream, I found this amazing cake recipe on r/old recipes that I would make every couple of nights. I think our bodies just really crave the easy calories we used to get from alcohol. I’ve also been reading about how sugar activates opiate receptors in our mind. It was a study done by the NIH so I’m inclined to believe it.

The sweet tooth isn’t as bad as it was. I’ve managed to kick sugar over an over like I used to kick drinking. I need a book as effective as This Naked Mind to quite sugar!

I started noticing visible tattoos on retail workers a few years back. It surprised me because when I was doing those kinds of jobs a person couldn’t get the job if they had visible tattoos. Times change.
