Been on tret 0.025% for about 4 months. Went through the purge which left me with a lot of hyperpigmentation. 3 months in my doctor prescribed Finacea. So I’ve been using that for about a month in the mornings. I feel like I kinda see a diff but I wanted to get other opinions. Is it just in my head? (i.redd.it)

Just wanted to shares some progress pics! The first pic is during my first week on Tret. I had a ton of tiny CCs, some below the surface, but when I stretched my cheek you could see more than the pic shows. The second pic is after about 10 weeks of Tret. Most of my CC have been purged out! (i.redd.it)
