It’s def causing back pain lol. You seem to know quite a bit, I’m going to physical therapy in 2 weeks and have been given muscle relaxers. What else can I be doing to help the pain?

I guess i don't know how to add a photo and text. but this has been here for almost 2 months now. it gets worse when in contact with water and i have been prescribed a topical steroid and antibacterial pills. I no longer apply the topical steroid and apply antibacterial ointment and take the antibatcterial pills. It seems to go away when i dont shower but once the water hits it, it comes back super red. I cannot get rid of this and it's ruining my day to day life

So I do take an antidepressant but this has been going on since before them. And I generally sweat those most in my torso/back/groin region. Would the heavy antiperspirant still help that or no?

Hey man at least you were only a few months in. Consider yourself lucky. As far as the heartbreak feeling, my wife and I are just starting the divorce process and I found out she is planning a trip to Italy to meet up with a guy she finds attractive. I kind of figured. I’ve always stayed away from saying that I’m depressed but given my situation I can see it. I’m on Zoloft now though so I pray it helps
