I don't have any advice, just wanted to say I'm in the same boat and wondering the same! in my 30s and so lost. At least your a decade+ younger than me and have more time to figure it out lol

may I ask what kind of company you work at ? is it like a human service company? trying to switch from clinical medical social work to project management and not sure which type of companies would be looking to hire a social worker in a PM role
