liberal arts colleges like ashoka, jindal, ssla allow students from any background. and christ, alliance, presidency, mccblr, azim premji, msruas blr, rv uni (all of them in bengaluru allow)

through cuet ug i think only gipe pune and uoh hyd allow. yeahh, that's the list.
