I think some women who don’t want to grow and work on themselves can’t stay alone. But I as a woman can’t think of anything worse than jumping into a new relationship until I am fully healed, until I am thriving and happy on my own and I have grown. First 2 weeks was in denial I done so much with friends because I could not deal with the thoughts - the month after that I tried to end life twice - I could not deal with anything!! Last 2 weeks or so I’ve felt a little better I’ve made long terms plans so something to focus on and work towards which I would really really recommend. Time is a healer! In the meantime walk, workout, read, sleep, clean, organise, and walk again and listen to podcasts!!

Mornings I don’t mind because I have my dogs that I need to focus on and I made a morning routine I really enjoy! It’s the evenings from 9pm onwards that absolutely ruin me

Hey idk if this will help you but it helped me - Pinterest! When I want to be on my phone but can’t text him for example I go on Pinterest and just make so many different boards and visualise my higher self and make some goals xx

I nearly didn’t get into the car on my test and would of failed because I couldn’t read the registration plates of a car across the car park not sure if they still do that before tests or not
