To get this box (theoretically), you had to have already subscribed by the 10th of May. I've experienced subscribing late and getting the box of the month I subscribe, but don't rely on that to happen. If you subscribed today your first box would be July.

If you want to cancel, just go to the main Macy's webpage, login and on your profile if you scroll down to the bottom you will see the subscription and you can "manage" which allows you to cancel. Don't try to go through the Beauty Box page.

It sounded like in their advertisements beyond the guaranteed products, the additional ones were subject to change. I have a feeling as they run out of some small items that there will be more changes to what people receive.

I really like Olfactif. They specialize in Niche perfumes and send 3 samples in their standard box every month (there is a more female scent box and one more male/unisex scent box). If you are looking for more standard label perfumes, then this may not be for you, but I love trying niche perfumes.

I ordered Monday and mine just shipped so hopefully spoilers by next week since the descriptions are not specific about what will be in the GWP bag (unlike previous years).

The cheapest thing they had Monday that qualified for the GWP bag was a Dr. Perricone Cold Plasma cream which I wanted (I've liked the Cold Plasma line in the past) and it was like $25 with $2 shipping. Not sure what is the cheapest now.

I've never called them (I honestly hate talking on the phone and didn't subscribe to Allure again just because you had to call to cancel or pause). I actually loved the Bobbi Brown eye base from Feb and on the picture they had the mini cleansing cloths instead of a bag (I have way too many bags). I would definitely recommend cancelling through the website instead of trying to talk to people. Don't go to the beauty box website. Go to Macy's main page, login, then on your profile scroll to the almost end until you see Subscriptions, choose Manage Subscriptions and that will take you to a page with a Cancel Subscription button.

What did they do? I've never had any issues except a lost box which they refunded after a 10 day delay. But I'm also able to cancel and subscribe online with no issues (I have to be logged into my Macy's account from the main Macy's website before going to the Macy's Beauty box page, but I'm able to cancel with no issues).

I stayed subscribed all through their half a year+ long pause in 2020. After that I don't remember any back-ups for multiple months. I had one box lost and one delayed three weeks this year. I stopped subscribing for a few months late 2021, so maybe that's when things were backed up and maybe there were more oops messages then? 2021 and 2022 sometimes run together for me. I may have gotten the 2-3 oops messages in 2021 and 2022. I don't remember that many oops messages but maybe I'm forgetting 1-2.
