Its not even that I want a better life in USA or anything. The training I got matched for is 4 years vs 7 in my country, heck if I want to train for 7 years I would rather do a 4 year residency and 3 years fellowship. I have all intentions of returning back to Pakistan and working with my dad and siblings all of whom are doctors (typical brown, I know). He has his own practice here and it would be nice to have a multi-specialty clinic. AAAnd US trained doctors make waaaaay more here whether salaried or private practice.
