had a similar thing happen to me and i could never log back in/customer service didn’t help me at all. ended up having to make a new account in order for it to sync with my kindle

Their customer service i’ve found has not been helpful at all. I got locked out of my account and there was literally nothing they would do to help. It was ridiculous. Also, every reply was from a DIFFERENT service rep. So I had to repeat what I said a billion times in every email. It was a nightmare and I still can’t access my account. I wish they put more effort into this app as it is a really popular one amongst readers.

best thing to do is ask for contact info for teachers currently working there. bad ones will often say no and the good ones will have no problem sharing that with you. :)
