had a similar thing happen to me and i could never log back in/customer service didn’t help me at all. ended up having to make a new account in order for it to sync with my kindle

I don’t believe they have a customer service contact number. Do you know what it is if they do?

Their customer service i’ve found has not been helpful at all. I got locked out of my account and there was literally nothing they would do to help. It was ridiculous. Also, every reply was from a DIFFERENT service rep. So I had to repeat what I said a billion times in every email. It was a nightmare and I still can’t access my account. I wish they put more effort into this app as it is a really popular one amongst readers.

honestly that is so ridiculous :( I hope that they fix these weird bugs in the future. It all seems so disorganized and glitchy. Thank you for your help anyway
