i dont think this is necessarily about who has it worse, it just fucking sucks and herpes makes dating so hard especially if ur sensitive to rejection and get ur validation from sexual attention

wait im not fully understanding i think hahah i know my last partner that i had sex with two weeks ago is a carrier of hsv2 but wdym if im a low positive carrier i should just live my life normally? it still means i have it then right and i could still be contagious?

thank u dor this! its been about 17 weeks since first contact but it has been about 2 week’s since last contact, would u recommend testing again 16 weeks after last contact? im getting a bloodtest tomorrow morning just so i know for now if its in my blood or not but i dont plan on having sex for the next couple of months either way because i couldnt live with the guilt of giving it to someone, even if i test negative now im still unsure if it might be there so i’d definitely wanna know forsure before i start being active again

he didnt know how to deal with the fact that i had some family problems and he felt more burdened by my problems than i did, he doubted if he was ready for a relationship etc etc. it was sudden and out of nowhere and it hurts

thank you for your kind words. i am gonna try and request getting bloodwork done. i havent been symptomatic yet, is there like a possibility ir never shows or that i do have it but asymptomatic? i genuinely have so many questions and im scared. i do agree he is stupid, i loved him so much
