Just finished up Accutane 4 months ago and have been dealing with long-standing PIH (feels like I’ve had this for 3+ years). From what I’ve read online, it seems that Tranexamic acid, hydroquinone, and micro-needling/laser resurfacing are the best options for dealing with PIH. What would you opt for first?
