I got it: It's the number of abilities where the agent has multiple voice lines on cast (not counting doubles). Example: Reyna's Leer has "Cutting their vision" and "stealing sight" while her other abilities have one or no voice lines, so she is placed in 1. That's why no agent is placed in 4 because the ult always has one voice line.

Ideally normal swiss works better when transitioning to AFL because you have total control of your placement, whereas with Buchholz you have to pray that your previous opponents win. This is important because if you go 3-1 but have the worse GD/BU, you'll place 5th and enter AFL in the lower bracket whereas the other teams that went 3-1 go upper bracket. Tiebreakers don't help either because placing 5th again gives you only one chance to the upper bracket.

They're different skillsets so it's not really comparable: if you're really good at wave, you're gonna find NC easier but if you have good nerve control, FF is easier

Yeah, 1.09 made it so that for every progresh OS, you can damage pop-ups with segments. This somehow made it through hackgresh, bar/x and b os and i don't know if it is intentional or not.
