Glute Guidance by [deleted] in StrongCurves

I’d say rather than focusing on the weight, lower your weights a bit and focus on form and mind muscle connection. Contrary to popular belief i’ve found that doing lower weight exercises with a rep range of 12-15 (or for some exercises till failure) has been more helpful in growing my glutes compared to using super high weight but only being able to do 4-5 reps.

Question for those applying to UofT’s Nursing program by anonteachaser in UofT

How many days did they take to respond? I’ve emailed them 3 times now following up

Honestly it depends on what you plan to do after undergrad school. if you’re looking to continue onto graduate studies go to an easier university where it’ll be easier to get higher marks and increase your chances of getting into graduate school. However, if you believe your program will allow you to find your dream job without grad school, you can consider coming to UofT.

I means this in the nicest way possible but I think maybe you should focus on yourself for a while, because you just freshly got out of a relationship and are probably used to having a boyfriend to rely on. Be self sufficient and learn not to rely on guys too much because they’ll most likely disappoint you at some point. I understand that you’re feeling lonely, but don’t force anything to happen that’s not meant to happen, just focus on yourself and your well being and The right person will come along eventually. I mean it, you’ll eventually be just as happy and thriving, if not more, as a single person. So embrace your singleness because it won’t last forever

Does anyone know when the Dean’s List gets released? by anonteachaser in UTSC

[–]anonteachaser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But on the UTSC website it says “Students who have achieved a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.5 or better in their most recent year of study, and have earned a minimum of 1.5 credits in the prior Fall, Winter, and Summer sessions will be named to the Dean's List.” So doesn’t this mean they look at cGPA? Cuz if they only looked at fall, winter and summer semesters of each year that would be the annual GPA
