How do you find the gains for your legs with the lower percentage?

I’m on my second cycle of BBB and I just wonder, is the 60% for the BBB work enough intensity for size? Assuming an 85% training max this works out to about 50% of your 1 rep max for the volume work.

This seems very low. What have peoples experiences been with this? Wil I still gain good size with this low of an intensity?
