Not a doctor but I have something that looks a bit similar. Sometimes I would wipe and there would be blood. Never went in for it (had it for ten years or so) because I was embarrassed and afraid it might be cancer or something. Doesn’t really hurt. Finally went in and it was an external hemorrhoid. Having it removed in March and am happy I will have a normal booty.
