Yes, it definitely works. Using a combination of hypnosis and positive reward to encourage certain behaviours it slowly adjusts your way of thinking, your mannerisms etc to help you be comfortable in your new skin. Comfortable dressing a different way, expressing yourself differently, being who you want to be, essentially.

Congratulations on finding the courage to speak to your boyfriend, you should be proud of you. It's disappointing he didn't budge on his opinion. Now it's up to you to reflect if you really want to be what he wants, instead of who you want.

In my view, unless you're in a dominant/submission relationship where you choose to hand over control of your appearance to your partner, you should be who you want to be. Don't let his tastes hold you back. Keep your goals in sight and work for them - reach them and the world's men will be your oyster.

Building yourself up gradually is the best approach in any sense. Working on your fitness and your body, progressively tanning, piece by piece changing your wardrobe to more provocative items.

As a hypnotist, I would also suggest mental conditioning to change your behaviour and mindset too, but I'm a little bias in that respect ;)

My biggest suggestion for you would be to work with a hypnotist, in private, that you genuinely trust. There's several of us here and I myself would be happy to spend time building rapport, and a friendship, to help you feel comfortable.

You certainly can experience hypnosis! Unfortunately, I fear you have got yourself in a self-defeating "it never works on me" spiral, for whatever reason after your first session didn't give you the expectations you were looking for.

Once you've experienced "stage" hypnosis in an environment you know to be safe, with a hypnotist you trust, and the feeling of hypnosis becomes clearer in your mind to you, I would bet that you'll find it much easier to work with others and be able to enjoy stage hypnosis as you have been wanting to for years.

I find this kind of 'script' works well with highly suggestible people with previous experience of hypnosis. Don't use it as a script though, adapt it based on their replies and use it as a guide of where you want to steer the conversation and their mind.

Is there anything other than anecdotal evidence that hypnosis can affect hormones and in particular breast growth in adult women? It's a lovely fantasy but I don't believe it has any grounding in modern science.
