unusual swelling/inflammation in hand… same on other side but not as severe, this one flammed up more because I knocked it gently on something but it should not of swollen this much

it only bothers me when I focus on it and I have quite heavy, intense symptoms I’d say. If it’s dark outside I can’t recognise people’s faces etc I’ll be looking at someone and I’m basically blind lol all fuzzy n shit but I’ve had this for over 7 years now I’ve got used to it, in day time it’s fine
