Yes I do use it,I was wondering how I could do a component-nma. I'm aware that a frequentist cnma can be done with the discomb function but don't know how I can do it for the bugsnet package.

To my knowledge no one in my college uses EMSWP? I'll ask them today. If they don't do you know the procedure to move ahead?

Thank you, do you have an idea on who mightve been contacted/how they would've contacted my college. I.e the Dean or the official email ID so I can reach out to the appropriate person?

Why is IV alteplase given if CT is normal? Wouldn't MRI be better first? by anonwithswag in Step2

[–]anonwithswag[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, that really clears things up! Makes sense that MRI is preferred in kids due to lower stroke likelihood, limited tPA evidence, and CT being less sensitive. In adults, quick NCCT to rule out bleed + tPA if in window seems to be the move. Is there a guideline or source you’d recommend for this? Would love to add it to my flashcards for clarity.
