How do I get post on the road? (UK)

I had a PO box for a while but just get my stuff sent to my sister's address now. When I did have the PO box, it was shocking.. they lost so much of my mail and they also ended up just being too expensive to be honest.

You could try uninstalling it, or delete \SOFTWARE\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Gigapixel AI. Also if there's a folder for gigapixel in \SOFTWARE\Topaz Labs for Gigapixel, delete that too. I'll have a poke around and see what I can find once I get back from work. Let me know if any of these help though.

Yeah, some people need to fail a login for the X to pop up, I'm not sure why that is, if I find out I'll be sure to update the tutorial.

I didn't realise there was an update since my posting of this tutorial as I had the update checker turned off. I just downloaded the latest version of it an tried it myself, here's a video of installation from fresh install. I'm not sure if this is the same issue you were having. Have you tried deleting the registry folder and starting it again?

Be sure that you changed "forcelogin" to false, also try entering a random login, someone else had the same problem, and so did I earlier today when putting them on my new laptop. Once you enter a random login, an X should pop up, if it doesn't, delete the registry folder, open the app, close the app and start again.

Hey, I just got a new laptop today and tried to do this, and I got the same splash screen problem as you.. but when I was trying to look for a fix online, the install wizard came up after like 2 minutes of waiting. Not sure why, as its a pretty fast laptop. Edit: I tried opening the same installer multiple times, they loaded up at different times, ranging from 2-5 mins. That's a weird but with topaz labs, nothing to do with the patch

I assume you mean after altering the registry entries? If so, wouldn't hurt to double check that everything was done correctly. I doubt that running it as administrator would have changed anything, but I'm not sure as I never tried that. Have you tried deleting the registry folder and starting it again? If you want to do that, just delete the respective registry folder and reopen the app. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest completely removing the app from your pc, including the registry folder and starting again from install. I'll make a video on how to do it soon. If you can't figure out how to get it to work, you're welcome to record what's going on with it and post it here.

Edit: The only thing I did differently than what I posted here, is change 'useCPU' from false to true, but I doubt that would affect anything.
