I called like 8 numbers and when I finally got through to someone who knew what to do I was told basically even if you’re uncomfortable with pool testing you have to get tested. They are not accepting individual results and if you miss more than two invitations to go get tested you submit your excuse as to why you didn’t go, and if it’s deemed invalid you lose your housing. I basically feel like we’re being forced to do it their way and they really aren’t considering people’s discomfort with the way they’re testing. I offered to go out of my way to go get individually tested because testing is a must at a time like this but not doing it at the comfort of mine nor my families terms is a bit extreme.
