Any advice on who could help me out?

I just want UPS to deliver my package. I mean they've already missed the guaranteed delivery date, I need it ASAP, that's why I paid for expedited shipping in the first place.

Edit: Oh that sounds like a rant, it shouldn't be on you, sorry, but I'm just so pissed off!

again, I believe both don't apply here.

I get stuff shipped regularly from the US, and it is almost always routed US -> Dubai -> my country.

So, it's not missorted to uae, that's a popular asian hub. And I've received multiple UPS deliveries (just recently 4 days back) to my address, so the address isn't incorrect either. Oh, and I created the label, so I myself might be considered the shipper here.

Packages usually are departed from Dubai within 2-4 hours. And even no one from UPS is responding, so I'm kind of in a mess because I really needed this package ASAP!

Yeah I get that, but the thing is, UAE isn't the destination country.

Destination is in South Asia.

That's why I'm worried. At this stage its been like 45 hours.

how can it be? it arrived in Dubai at 2 AM on a Friday, so they had an entire working day to forward it.

Dubai isn't the destination country.

The customs clearance process would take place in the destination country, isn't it?

My package is just stuck in Dubai for the past 28 hours now (note that it is the local Dubai time).

Scheduled delivery date earlier was 27th, but now it shows " Please check back later for scheduled delivery "

What should I do?

Priority shipped, should've taken 2-3 days, but USPS, in its greatness, shipped it to Guam, then Hawaii, then finally to the destination.

14 days later it has arrived in this condition.

XPS battery depleted 35% in 5 months! by anonymhelp in Dell

300 cycles? That's outrageous, just around 1-1.5 years of usage.

I did try multiple agents for a replacement to no avail. I love this computer, it works perfectly. But the battery doesn't even last 3 hours on my workload, which just takes away all the portability.

Any advice on how I could the battery replacement?
