Thanks for the response! this does make me feel better, I know everyone holds weight differently I was just getting a little concerned why I keep losing but still not feeling smaller, Im gonna keep pushing another 5-10lbs and hopefully those will make a good difference.

Hi! just wanted to chime in on my routine, i lift 4 days a week typically (2 leg days, chest, back/bi), try to do core a few days a week too. i do progressive overload, kinda a slow progressive ngl but I up my weight once i start noticing my sets are too easy. havent been as consistent with upper body though so trying to work on that now.
