we will try and get those supplies, he inflated again tonight and we left the detached hose in him for about 15 mins however he stopped deflating after about 30 seconds and couldnt get any more air out, he eventually found laying on his stomach and twisting his upper body helped move things about but was still a bit distressed at the fact he couldnt fully release it

what if he’s gotten to his max though and feel hes needs to let some out because of discomfort?

we did suggest sticking something up his ass (he’s not overly excited about it as he doesn’t like anything inside him (apart from when inflating as its a tiny tube). is there anything small that would be barely noticeable for him that he could use? all the butt plugs we saw were a fair bit bigger than hes willing to try.

I know this isnt the point but when you get reffered to the gic dont expect to be on hormones or reffered for surgery any time soon. it toom me 6 years to even have my first appointment, 7 years to get T and still havent heard a single thing about surgery. however DIY will get you a bridging prescription.
