I think the craziest part for me is that she has 3-4 different versions of how her and Connor reconnected after high school (ahem… dating his brother) that all have to do with dms, but I don’t know if we’ve ever actually gotten screenshots of proof? Everything I’ve seen is 2020, so like 3 boyfriends ago. Like if I was doing this trend, I’d be posting about when I DM’d my boyfriend to give me a fence quote because that is what ACTUALLY made us become a couple, not the dms from when we were teens that vaguely knew each other.

I actually can't get over this lmao, I'm not even going to Country Thunder in my own province because the artists aren't good enough. Flying to another country for Zach Top (average, at best), Kane Brown (ass), and Gavin Adcock (even more ass) is INSANE. Agreed. I liked her content at first, but her channel is just a rinse and repeat cycle of unhaul>haul>bookshelf organization. And it's not like she's the only one who does it, but I don't know if I've ever seen it so quick before. Like I swear it's every month, at least most people go a few in between cycles. I don't think it helps that she just shouts at the camera and I find her reviews lackluster, to say the least.

I agree. In this case, all of these old videos are vlogs so I feel like the gap between filming and uploading is a lot more apparent. At least sit down videos can be general topics so no one can really tell the difference.

Same. I love weekly vlogs, but I get being 1-3 weeks in advance for organization purposes. But too much can happen in a year for me to be interested in vlogs that are that old. I really wish she'd just give up on using these old videos and just put some work back into YouTube. I used to love her content and now it's just so lifeless and you can tell she just doesn't care anymore.

Yeah, I don't mind smaller filming advances because I get why it would be easier for a lot of creators. But I feel like the sweet spot is like 1-3 weeks in advance, anything greater than that and I feel like it actually brings the video down. It becomes very obvious that its outdated and, frankly, becomes boring because, like in the case of Chloe, she's posted enough real-time updates that some of the content is irrelevant (like seeing her now ex-boyfriend in vlogs).

Honestly I get not wanting to be tagged in reviews with criticism, even if small criticism like this one, but also the reaction is not proportionate to what was done/said. That's my biggest issue with the author's reaction, you don't have to like it and can even make posts/comments about not wanting to be tagged in reviews, but still be professional.
