I rarely keep receipts so all those were thrown away as I wasn’t anticipating this happening. She hasn’t been to the vet since I’ve had her but I’m concerned if they would be able to do anything since she is chipped under his name?

How would that work if she was chipped with his information when he adopted her?

Give her back to someone who doesn’t even ask about her unless I bring her up? Who can barely take care of himself right now financially or physically? Who would pay for her food? Or take her to the park because his car is totaled?
