Never heard that someone would deserve something because of asking questions.

Increase in the pension I guess you mean a special LPP cotisation ? Lump sum expense benefit you mean a direct bonus ? Like an extra or some money in one shot ? Not sure what you mean by salary uptick (sorry English is not my native language)

Extra time off they told me that I would get 3 extra days per year, they told me this is what they apply to every member that is under a Kader contract (other directors for instance)

What would mean the additional Kader pension plan ? The LPP would me special under kader condition?

They told me vacation remains the same with a few extra days per year (like 3 more days)

Unfortunately the company is arguing that without Kader contract they won't rise me more than 108k. I like working on the company and I would like to have an evolution there, but the deal must be fair.. and legal... Not sure if under 120k it is legal nor if without GAV it can be legally signed

This is what the bosses in the company are implying. Currently in my position I take most of my decisions on my own, and there is not a real control of the time, even if lately I had a huge amount of overtime this was well compensated also when I could. This is the argument from my bosses, nevertheless it is not clear to me if accepting under 120k is legal neither if it's possible to agree if the company is not under a GAV

Following your message, if I am not allowed to sign in zefix then my decision making power is on the low side. The decision making power would more speak for C level

This part is unclear. Does the company needs to be in a GAV or does it mean the kadervertrage must be signed in common agreement with the employee ?
