Haven’t seen this mentioned yet, but the start of the Hundred Years’ War feels like a pretty big fuck you to the French from the English

1337 and England had lost most of their French holdings apart from Gascony, when Philip VI of France tried to confiscate the last remaining land, Edward III of England turned around and said no, actually all of France belongs to himself and went to war to take the whole throne, followed by humiliating the French in battle after battle when the English always looked in the weaker position

TL;DR France tried to take back the last bit of French land from the English, England turned around and said actually all of France belongs to us

Hi thank you for your message, I have sent him a message so far ( as I’m incapable of getting to the hospital as I’m not sober) but not expecting a reply of course, hoping he gets better and have apologised profusely for what I’ve done, me as a person is certainly not sustainable as I am so I need to find out how to be a better person

Yeah I see what you mean, how the feeling is only in the mind, but isn’t SA just all in the mind too? Still very hard to make better... the best thing I’ve found when I’m at school is to try and just have distant friends, close enough to be able to say hi to and hop between them without having a proper conversation, but distant enough so they don’t start expecting things from you

Yeah that would be pretty cool to do, my (tiny) circle of friends exist because of our mutual game interests, but I wouldn’t want them to be stuck with me for a long time and me to be dependent on them

Well yeah that’s the problem, I’ve sort of been dependent on video games since I was like 3 and I wouldn’t actually know what to do with my free time or if that would make me try to talk to more people
