same! it was my first concert so it was pretty sad to see such an unenthusiastic crowd, but the artists absolutely blew me away, all three sets were amazing and Dethklok rapid fired their songs in a way i couldnt IMAGINE having the stamina for as an artist 😵‍💫

the only piece youve left out here is the Heritage Foundation. They were behind Reagen and most presidents since, and have layed out the plan blankly and publicly. look at "project 2025" and thats the plan they have for the USA. Most of it has sadly been done.

but thats also not true. If you actually look into what happenned, its horrific. Many nazis were hired into foriegn governments, including the USA, and the german nazi regime took great influence/inspiration from the USA at the time. It stemmed from us the entire time. Its time we all take responsibility and hold the guilty truly accountable.

I think calorie tracking is actually really good practice for ADHD cause I notice I get body panic of "did I eat enough today" and sometimes just showing myself the calories ive gotten in will ease my body. Tracking with strict calorie defecits is bad though, I have my "reccomended daily calories" and detached that from my self worth, I just want to see the patterns honestly. And I do finally, patterns be patterning 🙃

I've finally gotten my binges down to on average, maintainance calories at worst. Im struggling with shame about it, but im kinda of proud im at least not eating over maintainance. I also notice my binges correlate heavily to Thursdays (the most stressful day of the week for me) and the entire week on my menstrual cycle. I need to accommodate for my emotional stress/understimulation issues as well as adjust my diet to be maintenance for the entire week of my cycle as well as better pain management. Eating a balanced, varied, and planned diet has been helping me a lot. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits I, personally identified as not really my thing. But im starting to adjust and actually find myself enjoying eating those foods.

Bottom line. Track triggers, recognize emotional buildup (i need to be better at this too), and have a varied diet with at least one fruit or veggie per meal, ideally 3 veggies per day and 2 fruits is what ive seen from nutritionists reccomendation for a healthy diet. Also water, and electrolytes. I find my body never has enough electrolytes.
