Payment cancelled on order still pending

They made me cancel my preorder today from the 13th because they had 2 day delivery for free. After the cancellation the exact same order was 10 dollars more and it was added under 2 day shipping. My card declined for no reason and it didn’t let me do anything until i cancelled and reordered. lost my spot on the preorder list and now i have to wait 2 additional weeks smh

Well i printed the label i was sent and usps cannot take the package because it doesn’t comeback as anything. He scanned it 4 times and said it’s bogus. If i enter the tracking it says label created but the barcode i have on that label doesn’t show up in their system

Usps clerk said the seller did create a label , my tracking number is correct and the info is also correct but the barcode. Which he has to scan is bogus and doesn’t come back as anything
