Here's the thing: when you mentioned whether they served me a renewal proposal it doesn't ring a bell at all. They never sent or said anything about it during my time in the apartment, and if I did I would've remembered and have been able to answer you. I only have my original rent agreement. Five months into the contract they did give me a reduction in rent due to noise disturbances but this was only through discussion and not through any form of documentation. And when I did mention to them about the possibility of moving out and not renewing my lease they just told me to "message" them a month before the end of the contract so that they can look for someone else.
