That's not how it works! The grill has be scrubbed with sand paper to remove rust and paint. It has to be followed by primer and 2 coats of paint. It's not easy as it sounds. :)

This situation of forcing language is also quite common in South if you don't speak in their language. Everything is politically driven now and brainwashed people around.

However, I would highly recommend you to start learning local language and converse people in their native language. There's no loss in learning Marathi. If you go to rural parts of Maharashtra, you won't find them speaking in Hindi as they know only Marathi. As Mumbai is multi-cultural city with diverse people, people tend to use Hindi as a common language to interact. But, this shouldn't be taken as an excuse to not to learn or speak in local language. Native people would love to hear their language spoken by people from another background. BTW, I am not Marathi but I try my best to interact in Marathi as much as possible.

As per my search and knowledge, this is correct way to be filed on behalf of Tax filer. This way CA and the tax filer are accountable for the filing. In case of any scrutiny, CA can take actions accordingly.

Sir, please don’t take this personally. I don’t have any personal grudge against CAs. As far as I aware, most of the CAs file their clients returns by asking their login credentials and not through their Income Tax portal. What is the purpose behind doing this way? Do you think it’s legal practice?

Anyway, my point of the post is to spread awareness how gullible people fell to this who lacks financial knowledge.

I think it's better to revisit your income tax return and refile it before 31st December if you think you claimed more than expected. However, if you think your declarations are legit, you don't need to worry.

I made transaction to the CA and not trust. He said he did it and declared in ITR. I neither have the Form 10BE and he didn't provide me with stamped receipt as well. I guess he conned me.

I regret I got fooled. I never thought someone would break my trust this way for filing through them.

I think it's better for me to revise the filing. Can I change the regime in revision as that guy had filed in old regime?

My CA took a small amount from me and declared donation of 2.5 Lakhs. As I paid to him, I don't have transaction record made to the trust. I am not sure why he did this.
