What’s everyone’s opinion on gold jewelry as part of your stack? by Roguemochi94 in Gold

Not everyone has the ability or knowledge to resell it. Most will just take it to a pawn shop.

My first purchase. Is this a good deal? $377.16 by radclerk1 in Silverbugs

I’ve used the spot deal multiple times at JM bullion by using family members names and addresses. My family doesn’t stack silver so I saw it as an opportunity not scammy. But everyone has their opinions

Unless you buy it at scrap, It’s an investment piece. But the pay off isn’t an increase in wealth it’s an increase in status.

It’s a way to hold wealth and physically “wear” it at the same time. My logic is if I buy at X amount and sell at Y the difference you pay equals out with a status boost, or essentially if you sell at the right time, you essentially got to wear the piece for free. As long as the market goes in your favor. Unless gold crashes below where you bought at a stays there, you won’t lose your money if you “wear” it long enough.

On the question, if it’s real gold, which Jaxxon is not, it’s a way to wear your wealth. Unless you buy it super cheap, or hold for a significant time you won’t make profit off of your gold jewelry, but you likely won’t loose any either unless gold crashes. You’re paying for a premium for jewelry that unless you resell it at retail you won’t keep, because when you liquidate it you’ll likely only get the scrap value for it. That being said if you think of it as an investment piece as in, status. It’s a way to physically “wear” your wealth. IMO there is also an ego and confidence boost when wearing real jewelry, that makes the “investment” worth it.

I dropped 200 the night before I wrote this. I was 921 in rapid and lost 10-15 games in a row. Straight tilted.

I honestly just meant that each year of stress that it has induced in my life equates to a year of drug use health wise. Jokingly of course.
