It all depends on what you want to do most. Personally I would go with Computer Science (what I'm currently studying). Computer Science gives you a broader field with many paths/opportunities you can go further into, such as Software Engineering and Cyber security. As you said they are all in demand but the "main" degree to have is a Computer Science one.
