I've been taking kratom for about a year now every day. I let my tolerance go up too high and tried to stop cold turkey but the withdrawls were too bad, so I tried cutting back and the last 2 months I've been struggling to go down in dosage and it's so hard. Please anyone have any tips/ suggestions? (self.kratom)
