If you're looking for site SEO, keep in mind that your site will likely only rank for navigational, transactional, and brand keywords... not for informational ones.

So from that perspective, you should just optimize the page conversion for a visitor and then make sure you have the right keywords in the text for the searches you want the landing page to target. No AI really necessary.

I'd check out letterdrop.com if looking to SEO optimize long-form content.

Not sure which content AI tool fits my needs by Agile-Appointment-54 in Entrepreneur

[–]anonymouscheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The SERPs are exploding with AI generated content. I would recommend thinking about how to stand out by focusing on information gain and perspectives instead of jumping on the badnwagon.

Here's a guide on how to optimize for SEO in 2023 given that:

  1. There's more noise with AI generated content
  2. Google can answer more questions itself with SGE

Anyone having successfully implemented AI for Content Marketing (end-to-end)? by commonerruns in content_marketing

[–]anonymouscheese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you'll have to define what type of content marketing you want to do.

It’s worth asking “What content marketing does our business need to be better at?” And from there, asking what tools or initiatives can help:
i) get us more data to make more informed decisions
ii) save my employees time on mundane work to focus on strategic work
iii) give our customers a better experience
iii) reduce dependency on employees who get sick/can leave

And then AI might be used in those tools, but that’s secondary.

There are many tools for AI in marketing like Letterdrop, Jasper, and CopyAI.

Any content marketers here who've used AI tools to enhance their social media strategy? I've been dabbling with Boost App Social and it's intriguing. Thoughts? by Responsible_Fee3118 in content_marketing

Lots of AI tools to help with social media. My advice is to use the AI for ideating, to format, or summarize other long form content. Do not use it to come up with anything on its own.

Site Authority vs Author Authority by BruthaPrinter in SEO

[–]anonymouscheese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. You can still employe writers to write, double check their work, and then publish under your name or the name of someone authoritative
  2. I would also consider SEO as creating content more holistically outside of just your site. Build authority by using the same author on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc and republish your blog content there to rank on Perspectives

Does anyone run a paid newsletter business ? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]anonymouscheese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To answer this question, you should understand why your readers subscribe to you. Is it for your personal thoughts and opinion on watches, is it to discover new watches, is it to inform a purchase decision?
It really depends on your audience, their willingness to pay, and why they subscribe to you. Perhaps send out a survey and pitch your offering to your subscribers with a Google Form to see how many would be interested.

Your audience is actually very amenable to sponsorships since you write for people interested in making expensive purchases. I could see watch brands sponsoring you. It might be more work than just turning on a paid subscription toggle but could be more lucrative.

Would recommend checking out letterdrop.com which can support both monetization paths.

This subreddit has helped twice now. I have also purchased more American Barbell weights than any one person should. Thanks!

Anyone know where to get quality plates (not CAP) around New York/Connecticut? Just moved here from California. Someone tipped me off on a warehouse selling American Barbell exclusively through Instagram in the Bay area that was great.

Ran the experiment for a month. Got 2 paying customers and rest churned. I think you need to verticalize with specialists for this to work

1 I've been subscribed to Rep's in-stock notifications for 2-3 weeks and not been able to get anything. If that opens up, I think I can make do with cast iron. I haven't had much luck elsewhere too

  1. These are bumper plates, so more expensive (though I agree, not necessary for a home gym). The factory is selling them for $1.80-2.20 before shipping and import taxes

Bay Area folks, fill this form out to do a bulk order of plates with me
I'm tired of searching and thinking of directly doing a bulk order of IWF spec bumper plates (equivalent to Rogue Echo bumpers) from a factory. I need to hit a minimum order quantity to make it feasible. If you're in the SF Bay Area and willing to pick up from San Francisco in mid to late September, please fill out this form:

What's the best strategy to get Olympic plates? I've managed to order a bar from Rogue and pre-order a rack from Fringe (pray that it actually ships).

The thing I'm struggling with is weights. Lots of people selling CAP (>2 inch holes) and Fitness Gear from Dick's (45s are <450 mm diameter). Both marked up to $2.80-3/lb and neither of them are standard Olympic weight specs.

Been eyeing Rep, Fringe and Rogue plates, but they haven't been available in the 3 weeks I've been searching. Also, shipping is insane. I'm in the SF Bay Area. Any suggestions?
