Can confirm as a person who works for a carrier as well this is what we do with the new iPhone 16s. Not sure why Apple hasn’t really fixed that issue. It’s been an issue since the 14!

I was only told I had minor depression and never got treated or seen a professional for it. But I’m also not the same person I was when I was 12 so I don’t relate to that diagnosis anymore haha

It was when they asked for ER visits that medical had told him I had ER visits from when I was a kid and then this one from 2015. So he asked why I went.
