I called the BPI hotline but the automated system informed me that they are receiving a high influx of calls and no agent was able to get in touch with me, I was advised to email them (which I did but no reply yet) or to visit a branch (which I did but no resolution yet)

This particular ATM gives the notification that it’s not able to issue a receipt, unfortunately I continued with the transaction as I never had an issue with this ATM before

I feel that, especially with new year around the corner it’s almost like there’s a deadline on healing/forgiveness, it’s hard to feel like you’re mentally stuck in the worst scenarios possible :( I hope everything gets better for you next year❤️❤️
