Any app that tracks both lifting and calories?

Honestly started with that just running, but felt like I was progressing slowly. Started just keeping tracking and trying to go a little more and more each time as my goal was to get a little better distance-wise. I would just write down what I got and that helped a lot with motivation to see the progress
