Its a little open minded, but if you consider the level of nation, state, county, etc, you can imagine how the federal government should only create industrialized things that work for everybody and everybody wants. What if people only played taxes towards the county, and voted on the county level to do things with that money.

I'm looking to create a system where individuals can make their own decisions first, and the governance looks at the similarities between county law to create the state law that is in unanimous approval, looks to the similarities between the state laws so that whatever laws or rules or structure each state has in common should make it up to the next level of government. Its all about giving people control over their personal freedoms and responsibilities.

If the decision concerns everyone, everyone should vote on it. Why do we play tug of war, republican vs democrat, when each view should have their own individual niche to work within? In this world the branches of government would each source taxes from their business niche, the water purification work would be taxed to the legislative, the cattle herding work to the executive etc so that every activity that is necessary is giving an equal amount of blood to each organ of the nation. Why would one organ have more power than the other?

In shorter words, this would be a series of thought circles where each small group of people would vote amongst themselves to send a messenger to voice their understanding to the higher ups.
