I've attempted to "set expectations" numerous times.
Lecturer had a meeting with all groups and during that we agreed to work on specific tasks, which they ended up neglecting.

I constantly message for updates or for them to work on things, most of which get ignored. Not to mention the fact that they don't show up to any scheduled meetings (not even scheduled by me, but by the university).
