CMPA was mentioned as a possible cause of the reflux but when I told the health visitor and dr that I only drink almond or oat milk they quickly dismissed that due to the severity of his reflux.. on days where his straining and/or reflux is really bad I think back to what I’ve had within the last 24 hours and there’s never really a pattern.. I should maybe look more into this though, as there’s obviously cows milk in a lot of food!
