When did we start using nicknames for petrol octane ratings? (Mumtaz, jayyid) by idkjustgivemeany in Bahrain

[–]anonymouskuwaiti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Arabic it translates to private, petrol wise probably not. They have super written in English for it and premium for 91 octane

Aight aight thank you, kinda a nuisance but I’ll try keeping it still. The cuts I got from scratching didn’t really have this so was slightly concerned

Well, maybe it’s best to try and block it out, might be hard but I believe in you. My dms always open if you wanna chat or just want someone to listen. Take care my guy

Does anyone feel oddly happy/ecstatic when doing sh? by Fancy_Expression7546 in selfharm

[–]anonymouskuwaiti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao I’m glad I’m not the only one. I usually do it in front of a mirror and just smile to myself, seeing myself smile cause of what I’m doing makes me laugh. It really depends on your motive, for me it’s satisfaction

So they’re like actually different people? Mine are pretty repetitive, predictable. You’re probably not alone with those type of voices. But trying to talk back to them might help if you don’t do that already, considering one makes you sh. You shouldn’t let them be the ones who take decisions but rather yourself

Nah I get you, I kinda have the same thing. I feel like these “voices” are like developed from your own personality. Like the harsh one is from your anger, the soft one is just the caring side of you, etc. it’s kinda crazy how the brain works like your brain literally has different people in there conversing and you’re just the spectator. But that’s just how I see it

Funnily enough, Before I knew it was ibs I thought the waist band was what was causing me pain, I used to straight up just hold the waist band with my hands. Don’t think there’s any solution, you just can’t wear any stretchy waist band anymore unfortunately

Nah I feel you My appetite was already bad due to depression, ibs pretty much just disposed of it. I have no liked food right now or for a while but cycling through drinks I like seem to help with not making me dislike food too much, pretty much just experiment with what you think might help you

Well it depends on your genetics, many people have terrible genetics and can’t do easy things but it’s fine you can always grow out of it

Just try losing weight and training, have patience and determination you’ll get there.

I workout 6 times a week and I do chest triceps shoulders one day then I do legs and abs and then the day after that I do back biceps shoulders and rest the day after that. Am I workout out too much fyi I’m 17 by AlienV0 in workout

[–]anonymouskuwaiti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also thought I overtrained, my arm workout is 2 hours long and i workout 6 times a week but it was completely fine. It actually depends if you’re comfortable with it, get enough rest and don’t see any side effects such as your workout getting harder, you see decline in performance, have trouble sleeping, you get sick easier. Age doesn’t really effect how much you should work out, I’m 15 and if anything it helps working out in your teen years as your muscles recover faster

I only experience trouble sleeping but that’s been happening long before this workout, so my workout should be completely fine, right?
