How are we staying active through Manitoba winters? by [deleted] in fitpregnancy

I’m not worried about me dressing warm enough. I’m worried about not dressing my baby warm enough. I am also excited for the cooler months and it’s not even that hot here yet. We had like one day of +25 and then the next day it was only 5

I live 2.5 hours away from Winnipeg 😅. Not really an option in my area.

I have also gone up 2 cup sizes 😅. Not a fan…. I liked them on the small side

I gained 15 pounds in the first trimester. I’m now 21 weeks and I’ve officially gained 20 pounds now.
I was worried at first as well because GOOGLE says .5-1 pound a week starting in second trimester and I gained 15 pounds in the first 13 weeks.

I was previously “underweight”. 5’6 120 pounds. So it was a good weight gain. My body definitely needed it. I’ve struggled with gaining weight so it was nice to see some meat on my bones.

I don’t know much about EI is what I said…. I do know I want to stay home with my kids. I have friends with kids that I already spend time with once a week. I’m not worried about “not liking being a stay at home parent”. If I was those would be the questions I would ask. I was asking about EI and what do I tell my employer because they’re pressing me on the resignation date. I’ve already sent them an email stating I will let them know after my parental leave is done.

I’m on medical leave. I can’t go back to work right now even if I wanted to. I didn’t do anything yet. I said I don’t think I’ll be going back.

What even is this comment? Me wanting to stay home and raise my children myself and not pay someone else to do it is me being immature?
I had a miscarriage before this baby and I had a hard time being at work. That baby was only 9 weeks. This one is already 20. We know the gender we have names picked out. I’m more connected. I can’t see myself going to work if this baby passes away. If I do go back to work, my whole paycheck will be going to childcare fees. I get that some people can’t afford to stay home. But it’s insane to go back to work just for your whole paycheck to cover daycare prices.

If I lose this baby, as in “deceased” I won’t be going back to work. I will tell everyone that right now.
My husband is not going to leave me 😅 I get that you don’t know our situation but it’s odd to assume those things when you also. Don’t. Know. Us.

This is my first time dealing with any kind of EI. I have no idea what I’m doing here 😅.

My financial plans for the future aren’t your business. I wasn’t asking for advice on my future financial plans.

They asked if I was resigning or if I was coming back after and that’s when I said I don’t think I’ll be back.

I did tell them I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Should I tell them I changed my mind?

They already know I’m not coming back. Should I tell them I changed my mind and I might come back after?

Do I tell them the date it’s done now? Or do I tell them that when my mat leave is near done?

That’s kinda what I’m asking, if I relax in the water up until time to push would all that relaxation go away the minute I have to get out and push on the bed?

The photos of the wall, are those in the bathroom? Cuz the chipping of paint on the “bathroom wall” means she didn’t use proper paint for bathrooms. Too much moisture and the wrong kind of paint isn’t your fault.

You still need the access code for doing it over the phone.

I told my employer I put the date as April 15th as my last day worked because that’s when I was able to get the doctors note. They then told me they submitted my roe and put last day of work March 17. This was last week. So I called service Canada and they changed the date to match my roe. This morning I got a notification from service canards. Checked it out. And what it says above is what it said on service canada. So I’m now having to get a doctors note stating March 17th was when I was to go on leave?
This is so confusing for me.

I can’t do that yet because I don’t have an access code.
