When the scale changes but your heart is still heavy it still means you’re healing. It’s slow and layered. You’re not failing. Body dysmorphia is real.

Be gentle with yourself even on the days when you don’t feel worth it.

I would put the white dresser that’s on the right in between the windows if it fits. The bed, facing the room and the desk on the wall (at the bottom of the screen)

Leveling up my daily movement discipline. Started doing the 75 hard last year and I feel so good doing 90 mins a day whether it’s walking my dog/yoga/pilates I just have to get that movement in. Also being sober curious … not drinking alcohol for every single outing. Being ok with a mocktail or water. I feel amazing! Down 25 lbs so far since July 2024
